MATERIAL STANDARDISATION

HPF continuously utilises its extensive piping material knowledge to help clients identify any materials that could be standardised in order to deliver total cost savings.

This analysis is carried out in tandem with a material substitution study and includes:

  • Reduction in parts count (complexity)
  • Reduced purchase prices via leverage of the increased production volumes of the standardised range
  • The switch to an industry standard without expensive restrictions or superfluous additional specifications

All proposals would be the subject of detailed justifications forwarded to the client engineers for review and approval prior to implementation.

HPF will never propose anything that might jeopardise project schedules or quality objectives.
